The Shabby Nest HomeDepot.com actually has a good selection of Ceiling Medallions including some that are very similar to the one pictured.

Georgian properties had an abundance of moldings, and decorations included ribbons, classical figures and urns. We may not be lucky enough to own a period property, but the decorative nature of the design has been used to create many wallpapers, replica moldings and updated takes on classic pieces — such as chandeliers.

This is a little more elaborate than what I would like for my dining room but it is pretty close. I love the bold wallpaper with the hint of metallic color, and the crystal chandelier and ceiling molding. I want a darker navy wallpaper but I love this print.

this wallpaper is still a possibility even though it is not the one I wanted from Ralph Lauren which was already discontinued from the same book. right color though, so maybe.
