Charmean Neithart Interiors, LLC. Hi Christal. I believe you asked about this kitchen a few months back, not sure if you realized it is the same kitchen. This hood is a Travertine kitchen hood from a company called Materials Marketing http://www.mstoneandtile.com/ There are many different profiles available, all beautiful. If you contact them they will talk you through the selection and installation process. It does require additional framing and support so it is something that should be planned for in the drawing process. Let me know if you need further information. Thanks for your inquiry. Charmean Neithart Interiors, LLC. Hi there. Go Home is the manufacturer, they are trade only. If you go onto the Go Home website or contact them directly they should be able to give you a retailer in your area. If you have trouble, please contact my office and I will help you locate a retailer. Keep me posted. Charmean
LOVE the color of the cabinets.... What kind of wood? Do you know the name of the stain color? Is the stain available at a large retail store (I.e Lowes, Sherwin Williams, etc)? If not what retailer was it done through (would like to contact them for a sample) What kind of finish was used?
Thanks so much! »
Charmean Neithart Interiors, LLC. These cabinets are French white oak imported from France. It looks different than Amarican White Oak as it is slightly more rustic with knotty features that receive stain beautifully. The finish is a fumed process that had about 5 layers to it. It involves bleaching the wood and then white washing it which was achieved by the skilled eye of the finisher. The lumber was purchased by a distributor here in Los Angeles, www.Nikzad.com. They have finishes that you can purchase that are similar to this look. Hope that helps. Charmean Neithart
