pressure treated pine decking on floor and ceiling, It's 2 x 4 tongue and groove, pressure treated pine primed on all sides before installation and painted with a solid color deck-specific stain, like Sherwin Williams DeckScapes. This is a solid deck so it's important to slope it in what ever direction you want it to drain.
This is the closest to the old traditional decks I see on porches in Charleston, Beaufort and Savannah and I'd assume that's what was used in North Florida, too
