This is not done on site. This is an engineered-concrete that is unique to our shop, Brooks Custom. It doesn't contain any rebar. We call it Verdicrete. We replace the stone aggregate in the concrete mix with different microfibers, and everything is cast in a mold in our shop. The end result is engineered-concrete that is a third lighter than stone, doesn't chip or crack (so it can be transported and installed easily), is stain-proof and can match any color or design you're after.
