Crafted in Germany, the Henckels Zwilling Pro S cutlery boasts a superior balanced handle and high-carbon steel blades forged for optimal sharpness. Each knife is precision forged using Zwillings Sigmaforge process, resulting in an exceptionally hard yet flexible blade.
Zwillings Friodur ice-hardening technique results in a harder, sharper blade that is corrosion resistant and highly elastic.
Precise lasers are used to ensure each blades edge is at the optimal cutting angle for maximum sharpness.
Contoured ABS resin handlse are triple riveted to the blade and provide a secure, comfortable grip. This asian-inspired knife features a broad blade and a straight sharp cutting edge, it's hollow ground edge holds it's sharpness while foods release effortlessly from the blade. This asian kitchen cutlery can be used threefold: for preparing meat, fish and also vegetables.
