Werschay Homes These are a normal roof truss with a vault. they are engineered for the home and snow load.

Werschay Homes I am not exactly sure how to answer the how was this done question. I can tell you the floor is a polyaspartic floor coating system and the walls and ceiling are Sheetrock.

Yes. The garage doors, tracks, and side mount openers are more than standard doors. You would not have had to use expensive doors but the side mount openers, and tall tracks i would recommend.

Not sure if I would give up storage in the garage but I do like the dual use of the space. Obviously the roof is an issue though and would likely proof too costly to bother with. Cool though. On second thought, if we did something like this it would be for hockey, so would just need to paint the floor and could have plenty of storage with nets that move. Only thing would be to not have windows behind the nets.
