Alexandra Luhrs Interior Design Hi there, The shower floor drops down no more than half an inch and then slopes to the drain. There is a glass door hinged on the right - it just doesn't show in the photo. Another option for you would be to use a linear or trench style drain. There a lot of examples on Houzz....just use the search box.
