Keri J. Pearson The faucet shown is a wall mounted faucet, which you do not have to use with this type of sink/vessel. You can definitely use a more traditional counter mounted faucet to achieve the look that you desire.
K. D. I would go with a beautiful thick glass countertop made of a single block of glass. Go see ThinkGlass website for great pictures : www.thinkglass.com. They use thermoformed glass over handmade texture. The result is unique and beautiful. You can add LED lights and have the most beautiful relaxing glow light while you take a bath.
glass tile - Glass tile could be use perfectly on bath counter top. Even inside showers. For references to buy try with www,decorplanet.com or www.Flooranddecor.com
Doesn't matter if you use another traditional faucet with these sink. »
A perfectly smooth counter material is less important in a bath than it is in a kitchen so why not use tile?
The glass tile used on this counter and backsplash adds an interesting texture that wouldn't be possible with any other material.
