Annie Thornton I think that I can barely get a glimpse of the sofa in the bottom right corner of the photo. It looks like a tan/beige sofa with some steel blue pillows. As far as your question about whether a lighter shade of green would work, I think that is definitely a solution. This green is pretty bold, and going with a more neutral color typically works really well too.

Michelle Jacoby, Changing Spaces The sofa color is a cream chenille with a bits of green.......and yes it would work well with a lighter shade of green on the wall.....this was a bold move but I think it really makes the woodwork pop.....the ceilings are 12 ft in this space too with lots of glass. I wanted to bring the outside in. The pillows were purchased at Madura on Newbury Street in Boston but I believe they have a website as well. They sell curtain panels with the hydrangeas.
