Lavello Sinks Hi there. The apron sink will somewhat reduce the splash on the cabinets because the apron actually hangs out a bit past the face of the cabinet doors. In regards to chipping the stone tops...it would take quite a blow to chip most granite tops, so I don't think that's anything to worry about.
