Astleford Interiors, Inc. This one was a Jonathan Adler style from several years back, but they still have similar styles. It is very classic and clean. www.jonathanadler.com

Astleford Interiors, Inc. Yes, Fun huh! Mexican Oil Cloth. The Barstool were actually Ballard Designs and we reupholstered them in Oil Cloth! They swivel and come in counter ht and bar ht.

Astleford Interiors, Inc. We originally got the floor cushions at Robb & Stucky furniture who is no longer in business, but Roche Bobois carries them and shows them in many of their ads.

Clean, white walls provide a modern backdrop for the layers of color and texture. The wood-beam ceilings evoke the old hacienda while the dining room chairs covered in bright oilcloth add a little Mexican diner to the mix.

The client found the white art deco–style sofas and chairs at a flea market in Northern California, and brought them back to Texas. Since they're not incredibly comfortable, Astleford used the turquoise sofa as an anchor. This cozy area is just outside the kitchen, creating an open and entertainment-friendly space. Floor lamps: 4510 Retail Shop; bar stools: Ballard Designs, covered in Mexican oilcloth
