CheaperFloors When grouting Glass mosaic tile, Non Sanded grout can be used
Finish your project by using a rubber grout float to grout your almost completed installation. Push the grout in to the joints at a level following the manufacturer’s recommendations. Clean the grouted material by wiping with a damp tile sponge and removing any excess grout haze with a dry cheesecloth. Allow the grout to cure for a period of 48 hours before removing any final grout haze with a clean and dry soft cloth.

Eleganza Tiles Luxe Glass Stone Mix Random Size Strip Mosaic

DESCRIPTION

Our newest glass addition with random sizes and shapes. With the gloss and matte finish combined in this mosaic, along with the natural stone, it’s easy to coordinate stones and porcelain for a dramatic statement in any residential or commercial project.

APPLICATION

Eleganza glass tiles can be used on residential or commercial interior and exterior walls. Common applications include: bathroom walls and floors, kitchen countertop backsplashes, column wraps, swimming pool interiors and other decorative surfaces.

INSTALLATION + MAINTENANCE

Underlayment should be fully cured concrete or properly installed cement backerboard, and must be dry, stable, flat and free of foreign substances, with no risk of water seepage. When adhering, apply a thin-layer of adhesive, spreading smoothly in order for it to dry evenly. Back butter each tile to ensure full coverage with adhesive.

CUTTING TILES

Use a standard new, sharp blade suitable for cutting glass tiles, which must be constantly kept wet with water. Cutting the pieces with the colored surface turned upward, and taping both sides will reduce chipping. Smooth off any sharp edges with sandpaper.
