This renovation project began with the screen doors. Warped and rotted, they needed replacing. From there, it evolved into a new kitchen, mudroom, reconfigured interior spaces, and a general spiffing up both inside and out. The result is a cohesive product, complete and requiring only regular maintenance.

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for your question. Yes and No. It can take some skill to shovel/plow a driveway like this. It does need some maintenance when spring time rolls around to replace some of the gravel from being moved around.

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for the question! The paint is by Benjamin Moore, but is NOT Persimmon 2088-40. Its a custom mixed color. I believe we started with the persimmon color as the base, and added different variations of colors to get the right hue for this project.

Entrance - whatever , has to mesh with the stone of the three car garage, (see the YES garage) minimal elevation if possible and lol there's the trick, be a non assuming entrance and if required , only if required, have the spare bedrooms on the second floor able to have windows to view overhead
