This renovation project began with the screen doors. Warped and rotted, they needed replacing. From there, it evolved into a new kitchen, mudroom, reconfigured interior spaces, and a general spiffing up both inside and out. The result is a cohesive product, complete and requiring only regular maintenance.

what type of stain are on the natural wood cabinets made of? Who is the manufacturer? »
Siemasko + Verbridge Thank you for your inquiry! This was the existing floor in the home, after the construction of the renovation we had to patch several areas. The flooring is saltillo tile which always varies in color for the finish. We recommend hiring a tile professional to do the finish on this type of flooring.
This home is set in horse country, surrounded by gently sloping hills, woods and soft meadows. Siemasko + Verbridge wanted to create a clean but rugged design to reflect the landscape. Flooring: Existing Saltillo TileCabinetry: custom designed, painted poplar frames, hewn solid walnut doors Lighting fixtures: Artemide, Zaneen, Lightolier, Tech Lighting
General feel of what kitchen will look like with saltillo floor, some stained cabinetry, and some painted cabinetry, stainless appliances and some light green accents. I like the use of a different countertop at the island. Could use a more interesting veined granite on island (maybe save $ with a remnant) and use a more clean uniform man made quartz product on man counters for cost savings?
I like this kitchen. Everything works for me, except the light fix. I suppose I don't want the tile floor, but I love the open shelves and wood/ metal combo
