This simple sitting room does so much more than many complicated rooms. There is depth and dimension by simply sticking to shakes of gray. The lines are clear and deliberate--and inviting.
“The stained plywood floor , love the ottoman”
“Dark plywood floor and that art piece on the wall(!)”
“stained plywood floor - pattern, not colour”
How unique to have what appears to be a huge painting wrapped in a shipping blanket and tied up, hanging on the wall. Then on the wooden part of the ottoman, the white snifters have twine wrapping them too? The texture of the ottoman is like real suede in a charcoal or chocolate espresso. The skinny tall lamp must sparkle with crystals and low light washing up the wall. Even the sofa appears to have covers of duvet proportion tucked into it. Minimalist but not barren at all. Hmmm, thought provoking room.
