Used correctly, they perform like synthetic stucco and look like the best natural masonry stucco. They'll have the formula on file. Note: it fades and fades unevenly. That's one of the reasons I like it. Don't use it if that would bother you. Also, colors are tricky things. NEVER think that the color in a photo will look like the photo. It never does.
