Before Siemasko + Verbridge got their hands on this house, it was a convoluted maze of small rooms and skinny hallways. The renovation made sense of the layout, and took full advantage of the captivating ocean views. The result is a harmonious blend of contemporary style with classic and sophisticated elements. The “empty nest” home is transformed into a welcoming sanctuary for the extended family of kids and grandkids.

Siemasko + Verbridge I apologize for the delayed response, I must have missed this question. The chairs are antiques from NYC that were reupholstered. The chair on the right is a pretty common shape. You can try Baker Interiors or Lee Industries to find a similar chair.

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for the questions everyone! The paint color of the walls and built-ins is Mouse's Back No. 40 by Farrow & Ball. The trim is Benjamin Moore, White Dove.

As a reminder, colors are very difficult to replicate. There are many variables that change the tone and look of the actual color, such as lighting and its surroundings. Even your computer screen and the photography of this room can change the appearance of the actual color. We always recommend hiring a color professional or visiting your local Benjamin Moore store to help choose the best color for your space.
