andrewwelch The cheapest solution for the board and batten style is to use lattice trim (thin enough to sit recessed on your baseboard) found at any big box home store. Just nail and/or glue it right on your drywall, caulk the edges, cap it with some nice trim, and paint. I've done this technique with wall frames using panel moulding and it looks great. Low cost, little effort and/or skills required, and looks good.
Anne DeCocco It looks like the standard shade of white found in most cabinet stores. Very classic and goes beautifully iwth the counters, and it pops against those walls. The trim color I use to achieve this color is B1 or B2--1 or 2 drops of black in a white base. GLOSS finish. Looks great.
Looking for ideas for decorative iron railings for outdoor fencing - I have a set of stairs where I need to have railings made. The main frame will be welded and now I need ideas how to add decorative features, also welded. »
