This Gambrel style residence has been completely upgraded to satisfy todays’ standards while restoring and reinforcing the original 1885 design. It began as a Summer Cottage accessible by train from Boston, and is now a year round residence. The essence of the structure was maintained, while enhancing every detail. The breadth of craftsmanship is evident throughout the home resulting in a comfortable and embellished aesthetic.

Where did you get the big wine glass from that is on the table? »
Siemasko + Verbridge Thank you for your inquiry. The vase on the table with the corks in it is from Jacobson Floral Company located in Boston. The link is below.
A perfect complement to this wine-tasting room, these stained glass windows look like the bottom of wine bottles in various shades of green opaque glass.
Use frosted glass. Pubs traditionally had smoked or frosted glass to hide their patrons from the street and create a dark and cozy feeling. These days clear glass and brighter decor have become more popular, as more women and families are venturing into pubs. However, if you want to mimic the original look, add some frosted, smoked or even stained glass to your windows.
6. Rustic seating. I could at least use my crates as a makeshift chair — they are strong enough. All I'd have do to is flip them over and stack. Voilà, as the French say while holding a glass of wine.
