Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for your question! The shingles are very easy with mostly no routine maintenance. However, if some areas of the shingles are under a shady spot or a more wooded area moss can grow, but all you need to do is spray it off every once and awhile.

dsmigel I love this Web site and this house! However, not one question was answered directly. Several people asked for the color on the shingles, trim and garage doors and the answer was a mix of Benjamin Moore paint. The same for the garage doors "low lustre." I took the photo to my local BM store and they said they would not be able to match from the photo. This would solve my problem at my new house on Cape Cod with your help. Thanks and hoping someone could give better answers . I think you did a marvelous job on this house. I think it is perfect. Is it for sale? My compliments to the designer.
