Bruce Kading Interior Design Hello! This look was achieved through a custom faux finish applied by the painter using a combination of Benjamin Moore paints. By blending multiple colors and layers, you can achieve much more depth than with one stand alone color.
Bruce Kading Interior Design Hello! Those are Boxwoods, we're not sure what type of Boxwood as there are many varieties. This home is located in California in case that helps you at all. Good luck in your search!
chome If you do use boxwoods, take into account the temperature. They are native to Europe....but depending on where you live, they may do well. That is just based on what I know and heard from someone I know who loves planting natives, but there are other beautiful hedges that may give you the concept of boxwood. Good luck! :)
Bruce Kading Interior Design We think the vine is probably English Ivy. This house is in California and it could be a different variety of Ivy. We recommend asking a landscaper who would know better. Attached is another picture of the house that shows more of the Ivy, hopefully that helps. Good luck!
like the concept of doors leading to the exterior from formal dining. being connected with the outside. maybe an exterior space for kids to eat on a nice day?
