Zuniga Interiors 40" height, standard can be 32-40" it depends on the ceiling height and style of wainscoting used.

lmartens12 How do you determine the height of the wainscotting and are there any rules as to where in the house it should go. We have a one floor bungalow, pretty much open, so im not sure if it will suite all the main level. We just purchased this house, and it needs alot of work.

wendydavey It's very hard to get wainscoting panels here in australia unfortunately. I copied this look using mdf panels = it looks great but was very labour intensive!
