Perched atop a bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this new residence adds a modern twist to the classic Shingle Style. The house is anchored to the land by stone retaining walls made entirely of granite taken from the site during construction. Clad almost entirely in cedar shingles, the house will weather to a classic grey.

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for your question. This table belong to the owner prior to construction. There is a similar one at Pottery Barn http://www.potterybarn.com/products/toscana-dining-table/?pkey=csquare-rectangular-tables.

This company on Houzz also specializes in Farmhouse tables, so you might want to give them a try also. http://www.houzz.com/pro/jane-longden/lakeandmountainhome

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for your inquiry! We are so happy you like them. The paneled walls are custom made. The panels rough dimensions on the side of the fireplace going left to right are: 3-1/2", 1'-11", 5", 1'-11", 3-1/2". Top to bottom are: starting with the large panel 4'-4 1/2", 5", 2'-6". Remember it's all about proportion. Hope that helps.

The Shabby Nest Valspar's Pillow Talk is similar to the wall color, and try Valspar's Snowcap White for a similar trim color.

7. Swap the layout and have dinner by the fire. If you have an open living-dining room, try flipping your furniture to the opposite side of the room for a change of pace. You can always move it back if the setup doesn't work, but you may get used to having fireside dinners!
