This 88 square foot Montclair bath is the main bathroom for the family. The custom designed 6 drawer vanity, built from reclaimed Amish barnwood from Pennsylvania, is stepped back at the sides to allow for more room at the entrance. The CaesarStone countertop is made from 24% recycled content (crushed glass and mirror). The vintage medicine cabinet was given a fresh coat of paint. Lighting was improved with the addition of a wet location recessed light in the tub and a pair of wall sconces. White subway tile, accents of muted glass mosaics, Carrara marble basketweave floor tile and the water/sky colored walls and ceiling all contribute to a cheerful and calm brightness. Photo: Wing Wong
Tracey Stephens Interior Design Inc My records say that the grout for the whole bathroom is unsanded. Your best bet is to ask the grout or tile supplier for a recommendation as each manufacturer of basketweave on a mesh-mat has different spacing between the tiles.
Tracey Stephens Interior Design Inc Yes, the basketweave floor has a yellowish green dot called pistachio. Basketweave floors come in many different combinations, some with darker or lighter green dots.
Where did this medicine cabinet come from? - This is just what I want. I have my Master Bath gutted, the floor and walls are exacly what I purchased to use. I can not find this or simalier medicine cabinet.. »
Tracey Stephens Interior Design Inc The client found this vintage medicine cabinet herself and had been saving it for years in her basement. I had it stripped and repainted. Try 2nd hand shops, flea markets or a salvage shop. Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware have new ones in similar styles, and you could add molding around them to give them more detail and style. If you're planning to recess it into the wall, be sure you have it before the contractor is framing the bathroom.
Sherry Bretzinger Yeah kinda been everywhere in the last few months leading up to remodel, I'm doing all the work myself, I pretty handy.. I could maybe duplcate just from this photo.. Thank You for the reply.
Tracey Stephens Interior Design Inc The floor tile is a basketweave pattern of honed Carrara marble with a Laguna Verde polished dot on a 12x12 mesh mat.

Don't like the tile accent on the walls but do like the floor -- maybe something like this (or basketweave) for the shower. We also like the sconces in this photo.
