The client wanted us to design a new custom house on a tight suburban site that would emulate the style of homes
found in their native Ireland. Although they were empty nesters, the home was designed with complete bedroom suites
for all of their children’s growing families to come for extended visits. The centerpiece of the home is an open gathering
space that links kitchen, family room, breakfast room, and sunroom. The lower level of the home boasts 10’ ceilings for
the authentic Irish bar, gaming areas, a home theater, exercise room, a wine cellar, and a large train room to showcase an
extensive train set and collection of model trains.

Floor Plans - Is it possible to get the floor plans of this beautiful home? My husband and I are in the same stage of our lives as the owners with our children having children and we are looking to build a new house which will be comfortable for all. We want space for everyone to gather back at our house for short or longer visits. Thans you. Nancy »
Penza Bailey Architects Thank you for your interest in this beautiful home, because it is a custom house designed specifically for the owners, we are not able to share the floor plans.
This picture just gives initial thought on a stucco type that is not the typical 'flat' kind used in new builds, but still does not approach exact requirement IF we go with stucco. (window/door config not what's desired)
