tonysgirl74 I don't know who make it, but I have an Events Space in Nashville, Tn. and I went to Home Depot and bought 2 canvas painters tarps. Very cheap. We used them at at a wedding reception w/ mason jars for centerpieces at the tables. (the tarps were used as a covering over two dock doors that the wedding cake sat in front of).

ekatia this chandelier is very easly to make, you need isntead of light bulbs put birds and paint all in same color but this chandelier will not work, it will be only for decor.
