Robin Amorello, CKD CAPS - Atmoscaper Design I just found them! They are from Hudson Valley Lighting and are called "Petersburg". They actually used this kitchen to illustrate them in their catalog!

The floors are mahogany. The stain is an "off the cuff" blend dictated by the homeowner, and I'm guessing no actual record is in place.
