Anne Dabecco I bet they are custom made. The length alone would be difficult to find in a ready made curtain. So seek out a fabric/upholstery shop like Calico Corners or even Jo-Ann fabric. They usually have names of people that do custom work.

This is probaby 5 ft doors but you can see how much wall is taken up to hang lined curtains. Fabric style plus how much you are okay with them hanging into the view of the french doors.
