The shapely Topan suspension lamp was created as early as 1959 by the world famous designer Verner Panton for the manufacturer Unique Copenhagen. The Danish label has only recently chosen a new name and is no longer called Unique Copenhagen but &Tradition (AndTradition). By changing its name the company's goal is to put a greater focus on the combination of solid handicraft with modern design. Especially emphasized by the new name is Nordic tradition and high quality. &Tradition creates lasting design with sustainable modes of production. The simplest things truly are the best and the most durable. Topan fulfills the criteria of a traditional suspension lamp in combination with timeless modern design like no other. It was the very first lamp by Verner Panton where festive atmosphere is especially desired. Certainly this design lamp also emits a comfortable atmosphere in private spaces when hung alone - it is the perfect dining table lamp. Topan is available in many bold colors with matching textile cord. Includes 7.5' textile cord and canopy. Accommodates: 40 Watt E27 incandescent or 23W CFL. Bulb not included. Hardwired installation.
