A merchant built house is a project built by a builder or developer to sale, as opposed to designing for a home owner to live in. Depending on the size of the project, we work any where. jrosestevenson Are there gutters installed on this home?. I am considering exposed rafters on my home and this is my number one question about the matter!

Sennikoff Architects No, there are no gutters on this home. With exposed rafter tails, you can still add gutters. You will lose seeing the rafter tail ends, but can still see the underside of the tails. You lose a little detail, but not much.
