White is the backbone of the shabby chic aesthetic, but pale wood is its most trusted companion. A bit works wonders to up the comfort level in any white room.
What ways have you found to use white with wood?
A pair of French twin beds is very versatile. Twin beds make a precious, playful child's room but can also transition easily into a sophisticated, elegant guest room. A different set of linens for each season in varying pale and bold shades can change the look of the room instantly. It's such a fun change for a child, and, when it comes to guests, what could be better than choosing a linen that you know would appeal to a friend?
12. Top it off with a coverlet or throw. Fold the coverlet so that it's about 18 to 24 inches across, and place it graphically at the foot of the bed. Or consider rolling it for a fresher twist.
What about white walls with White becrib bed and the crib bedding you have? I can buy her the chandelier in this pic. It will make the crib bedding pop and all accents pop.
I believe that these walls are painted the same color as the living/dining room. It is Gray Pearl by Martha Stewart.

I was in search of this color and sampled many shades. The most stunning white gray I found was BM Paper White OC-55
