Has anyone tried making these from Organdy with the Martha Stewart pattern? I am guessing there would be no pillow form in it if that is the way you were to make it? I really love the pillows--so soft. I have only been successful in finding felt ones (premade or patterns) and a couple silk. Nothing as soft and airy as these. »
Brenda Bloods the only way these work with fabric is with tulle - and that works well, but if they got squished (pillow!) they'd be flat & you'd have to redo it. there's no structure to them.
picpics I used a very similar paint color recently in my entire house and it's called Gallery White from Behr Premium Paints, it had a primer built in and in every area of my house (stairs, bathroom, entry, etc) I actually can clean it with a soapy rag and it recovers beautifully. It was nice because the white trim pops very well on it and Gallery White works well with all the whites in my home blending them together.
How can I arrange furniture on a large deck - We live in a walk out ranch and the entire length of our upper level has a deck along the back. How can I arrange furniture on this big space? »
Add a little softness. This is great for a guest room palette. Keep the room cozy and soft by painting walls a gray white and adding layers of white bedding beginning with a bed skirt, sheets and quilt or coverlet, then add a blanket or throw at the end of the bed that has lighter quieter tinted colors. Then top the bed(s) with petal pillows.
Add one or two round petal pillows to top off simple bedding. The multitude of petal shapes have a youthful flair because they look like little poufs of tissue paper.
Sweet and dreamy, these delicate pillows set the tone for this room. They add a splash of femininity to a guest room or a puff of fun to a little girl's bed.
