Although I have no personal contacts in Toronto, I would just search for steel fabricators in the area. It's pretty amazing what they can do, and I am sure that field could desperately use your business right now.
Could also be cold rolled steel, darker and more rustic looking than stainless steel - there's a company in Chicago called Soupcan that used to do something like that.

You don't have to commit to painted walls or wallpapers to try this color combo. As we have seen, furniture pairings are just enough to get the job done. Here a dark blue sofa paired with a silver ottoman looks modern, yet timeless.
