Home & Harmony the wall color is "China Moon", a Valspar color from Lowes (it was part of their Seaside Retreat line that they no longer carry, but you can still ask them to mix it up). Not sure about the color of the cabinets.

Home & Harmony Yes, we modified an old dining buffet and took off the feet of the buffet to make it the right height. There are more details on my blog: www.homeandharmony.blogspot.com
