Michelle Jacoby, Changing Spaces First. Alway use white plastic containers with many holes on the bottom for drainage.
2. Be sure your window boxes also have at least four drilled holes on the bottom as well.
3. add a first layer of small stones about and inch

5. in a bucket of water drop each annual in until you see all bubbles go away...this will give the annual a good soaking .

Michelle Jacoby, Changing Spaces Yup....you are all correct....sweet potato vine. I like to use these in the summer boxes and then add mums and purple fountain grasses to extend into the fall season. Glad you liked them.
