Advanced Renovations, Inc. Kitchen is 18' x 20'. Island is 4.5' x 9'. Family Room is 18' x 24'. Ceilings are just under 10'

Granite Grannies That looks like a soapstone that's been oiled. Soapstone is naturally greyish blue or green, but the oil process is safe, permanent way to bring out darker colors or take it all the way to a subtle black.

Advanced Renovations, Inc. This is 6" Caribbean Pine. The stain was a witches brew to match an existing color.
