Pangaea Interior Design, Portland, OR Thanks for the reply, Mr. Mascord. No worries. It never hurts to ask. I ended up calling Shane Kenney at Portland Stair Company. Turns out that he'll be able to help me. Your beautiful photo helped convince my clients that a cable rail looks great in a nice home without feeling industrial. Always an admirer of your work.

- You can see the nuts on the exterior of the post near the stone. The internal supports on the stair are flat bar. The wires are tensioned through the square posts.

Alan Mascord Design Associates Inc Sorry, we don't have specific material, furniture or decoration details.. we were responsible for the design of the structure only. Material (and color) choices were made directly between the contractor and homeowner, and perhaps even an interior designer we didn't collaborate with. Good luck with your project!

Alan Mascord Design Associates Inc Sorry, we don't have specific material, furniture or decoration details.. we were responsible for the design of the structure only. Material (and color) choices were made directly between the contractor and homeowner, and perhaps even an interior designer we didn't collaborate with. Many of the furnishing pieces have been individually selected and purchased by the homeowner.
