The Shabby Nest I would bet that this is a photographic mural. There are a number of shops on line that offer photographic murals. You can either choose from their options, or upload a photo of your own and have it make into a mural. Run a search on "wall murals" or "photo murals" and you'll find a variety of sources.

How can you feel happy every time you see a cow when you have cow hide on your tub. Leave animal skin on animals please. Don't mean to be rude, but it's sad to use animals for cosmetic or decorative purposes. Okay this is my only comment on this issue. Sorry.
