Thank you for your question.

The Aluminum Folding Door system featured has concealed multipoint locks at the top and bottom to secure the folding panels. Locking hardware at the primary swing door or daily door is a deadbolt. A handle and lockset are provided with systems that have a daily door..

Some things that customers have done in the past: include

-Installed security systems that detect if the glass is broken
-Installed impact glass for added protection

As with any glass door, whether it be a Folding Door system or a typical Slider, there is really no way to make it completely theft or breakage proof.
