Pricing is largely based on a per panel basis. For budgeting purposes, the suggested retail pricing is roughly $667 per ft. For example a 3 Panel system at 9ft wide would be approximately $6,000 or $2,000 per panel. We sell our doors through authorized dealer across the United States, so pricing may vary from dealer to dealer.

Eggleston Farkas Architects The photo was posted by the door manufacturer, so I doubt you'll get an answer from them regarding the lighting. In general, installing lighting between the ceiling beams would be a good strategy. There are some nice track and monorail systems (e.g. Juno, Tech Lighting) that would allow you to have flexibility, as well as minimize the amount of rewiring needed if working on a remodel.

Our office is in Seattle, so I "get it" in terms of needing lots of light during the winter. Then again, we do get paid back with nice long days this time of year...
