Natural White / Cool White:Natural white light has a color temperature of 3500K-4100K and emits a cool white light similar to early morning sunlight.Lighting designers recommend natural white light for task-intensive areas such as the laundry room, bathrooms and kitchens. (A color temperature of 4,000K-4,200K is best suited for commercial settings, but can be successfully added to home cabinets with collectable silver or crystal. It can be harsh on the eyes, which is why it's not used much in the home.)
