Boat House
http://www.balanceassociates.com/projects/bottlebayext.html

The Boat House was designed as a flexible space. In the winter it is used for storage of boats and other summertime recreation equipment while in the summer it provides a place for outdoor entertainment and lakeside activities. Set within the lake’s flood plain the design was shaped by the requirements that it (1) be built within the footprint of the dilapidated structure that previously existed and (2) that the concrete foundation walls be four feet high to withstand flood waters.
