Harry Braswell, Inc. I believe this house is 8 in the photo. Its at least 6. I like 8 to give a bit of verticality

Harry Braswell, Inc. The soffits are Hardi soffit, the facias, corner boards, etc. are finger joint treated wood trim with a 30 year rot warranty available at most lumber yards. I dont like PVC where u can get to it as it doesn't mitre as well or look as clean - up high its great since you cant really see that level of detail.

Harry Braswell, Inc. This was a remodel to an existing home so the plans are full custom based on that. I cant post them on line due to licensing and ownership issues. tHere are more pics than just this one.

Harry Braswell, Inc. Its smooth hardi plank in 6" exposure - color should be Sherwin-Williams SW 6169 'Sedate Gray' (Satin)
