Sennikoff Architects I was the the architect for this project while the principal at another firm.

beewhy446 My wife and I are in the process of building a home in Charleston, SC and we've fallen in love with this villa. We didn't know if it were possible to purchase the home plans/ designs used here? Thank you in advance,

lizoregon Possibly Pacific Shores development on Noelle Drive. The architect was involved in it according to the website.

Some oriels take on the character of the traditional Arabic mashrabiya. Having such an ideal architectural element — a three-sided projection that's very open and lets cooling breezes into the home — certainly makes sense.
