Vanilda's Custom Sewing I made that type of canopy before. You can cut a semicircle from 3/8 plywood and cover with bedding and fabric

Littman Bros Lighting Crystorama does does some very girly chandeliers

It may be easier to select a fixture and add a drum shade though. Hope that helps.
