Witt Construction This home was a originally a design by Maine Coast Cottage Co. Witt Construction modified the general style and feel to accompany the building location, restrictions, etc. It currently has 3 bedrooms but space for a 4th (the loft on the main second floor could be converted). There is a seperate guest suite or in-law suite, or child returning home suite above the garage which is attached to the main part of the house by a staircase in the mud-hall area - this is where the 3rd bedroom is. A really unique floor plan.
