Lucy Interior Design Hi These are custom made shutters that hinge on one side so they can swing open or just leave them shut and tilt the louver by sliding the center bar up and down. They are very easy to adjust with the sun angle with the slide. Good luck-Lucy

Here they are in white. These are popular now. I prefer the old bifold door ones so you can clear the window of them easier without them getting into the room. This works best in spacious rooms.
