Keep in mind that many of these projects were completed some time ago and products get discontinued. I have heard from some of my colleagues, also, that they get literally hundreds of requests a day for information! Providing information would mean going back into files which may be stored elsewhere. I hope this helps you to understand why you're not getting replies for something that you asked.
