The granite is 2 slabs of book-matched Blue Bahia with nearly invisible seams and the perimeter countertops are marble. The island features a microwave drawer, custom-concrete sink, shelves for cookbooks and an integrated dishwasher drawer next to the sink. The backsplash is marble subway tiles along with a custom-designed mural. The kitchen is also equipped with plugmold so that all outlets are hidden outlets and there is no interruption to the backsplash. The chandeliers over the kitchen island are crystal and the glass knobs on the island and throughout the kitchen were custom made to match the granite.
