msmidnight Besides the above reasons, if you are petite it makes using the sink so much more comfortable. As a very petite woman it is so much easier to scrub pots and strain pasta into a sink without it being set several inches away in the countertop.
Yeah, average/tall people don't feel sorry enough for us vertically challenged people! LOL
